If you have been in the church very long, you probably heard in regard to God answering our prayers that 1] God says no 2] God says yes or 3] God says wait. While this is true, I want you to consider another options. God cannot answer a need that has not been offered as a prayer! {I guess He could if He wanted to - He IS God!] In James 4:2 we read, "...You do not have because you do not ask God." I know that may should obvious but how many times do we worry, fret, and try to work things out ourselves when God invites us to bring everything to Him in prayer.
"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done." [Phil. 4:6] What is on your mind that is causing you worry and is distrubing your peace? Why not make it a matter of prayer? God delights in answering prayer!
