Yesterday, I stopped at a red light and the person in the car next to me was engaged in a intense discussion with someone. The only problem was there was no one in the car with them. Now there is only two possible answers to this scene: 1) They are talking on a cell phone, hands free device. Or 2) They are talking to themselves.
If you talk to yourself, you probably won't admit it. But the reality is we all talk to ourselves to some degree. Sometimes people will tell you that you are stupid, ugly, a loser, etc. If you are not careful, you will start to say to yourself,
"They are right, I am _____." This is called "Self-Talk."
I realize that we all could (and should) improve ourselves but you should not believe everything people say about you. God created you as a unique creation and as they say"God does not make junk. "
